Before therapy

When you want to start
but don’t know how

  • You feel something is wrong, but it’s hard to name
  • Tension, sadness or anxiety keep coming back despite your efforts
  • People close to you say “pull yourself together”, but it’s not that simple
  • You keep putting off the first appointment because you don’t know what to expect

After therapy

Steadier footing
in everyday life

  • You understand your thoughts and emotions and how they shape what you do
  • You have practical tools for anxiety, stress and difficult moments
  • You set boundaries and look after yourself without guilt
  • The skills you build stay with you after therapy ends

How it works

From booking to a plan

  1. 01

    You choose a time

In the calendar below. We meet at the practice at Dworska 8/10. If you’d rather ask something first, write to me.

  2. 02

    First consultation

50 minutes of conversation. You tell me what brings you, I ask questions and answer yours. You don’t need to prepare anything.

  3. 03

    Therapy plan

If you decide on therapy, we agree on the goal and how often we meet. Between sessions you can work with worksheets.

Take a step towards change

The first appointment is simply a conversation, with no commitment and no judgement. Check available times or just write to me.
